Open Events - Autumn 2026
We warmly invite all prospective families to attend our upcoming Open Events on the following dates and times:
Year 6 Taster Sessions
Tuesday 15th September, 3.15pm - 4.30pm
As part of our Open Events this year, we will be running a taster session for current Year 6 students who would like to find out more about King’s. Students will experience taster lessons given by King's teachers whilst parents/carers attend a talk to find out more about the school. Please use the booking link below to book your place:

Open Evening
Thursday, 24th September, 5.00pm – 8.00pm
This event will include an opportunity to tour the school and attend a talk with Headteacher Mrs Sarah Price.
The Headteacher’s talks will start promptly at 5.30pm, 6.15pm and 7.00pm. This is not a bookable event, please attend whichever session works best for you and your family.
If you plan to attend the Headteacher's talk at 7.00pm we would advise that you arrive at 6:15pm to tour the school beforehand as the school will begin to close shortly after the 7.00pm Headteacher's talk.
If you need to travel to Open Evening in a car please be mindful of where you park and respect our local neighbours.
Open Mornings
Dates: Monday 28th September, Tuesday 29th September, Wednesday 30th October, Thursday 1st October and Friday 2nd October.
Time: 9.00am and 11.00am each day
These events will include an opportunity for a student led tour of the school on a normal working day and a short talk with Headteacher Mrs Sarah Price. Head’s talks will start promptly at 9.00am and 11.00am.

EHCP Open Morning
Important Information:
- We can accommodate up to approx. 75 attendees for each of the Open Morning sessions.
- As our Open Mornings take place during the school day, our car park will not be available. We encourage you to walk or use public transport. We are well served by Brighton and Hove Buses with bus stops outside the school entrance. If you are driving, please use the nearby on-road parking, which is free of charge. We ask that you park considerately, being mindful of our neighbours, and avoid blocking any driveways.
